Questions we hear a lot
Do you support both businesses and home users?
Yes — that's the point of the name. Businesses get a complete IT department: support contracts, cloud, networks, security and phones. Home users get friendly, plain-English help with computers, WiFi, phones and lost data. Same engineers, same standards.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. We handle the whole handover: passwords and admin access, documentation, licence transfers and a security review — with no downtime for your team. You just introduce us; we do the rest.
What's this copper phone line switch-off about?
Openreach is retiring the UK's old analogue (PSTN) phone network; traditional phone lines stop working by 31 January 2027. Anything that uses one — desk phones, alarms, lift lines, card machines — needs moving to a digital (VoIP) service. We manage the whole switch-over, keeping your existing numbers.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Support contracts are available because they're the best value for most businesses, but we also work ad-hoc and on projects. Home users pay per job or through a simple monthly plan — cancel any time.
Is remote access safe?
Yes — you approve every session, you watch everything we do on your screen, and access ends the moment we disconnect. We never install permanent back-doors on home computers, and business remote access is secured with multi-factor authentication.
Tell us what's broken. We'll take it from there.
Call, email, or send the form — an engineer replies, not a bot.
